Great leadership requires us to to be of service to our team without our ego and conditioning getting in the way. Greater presence always equals improved communication, better teamwork, cleaner problem solving and decision making, more focus, and higher performance.

Whether one member of the team needs to work better with others or perform at a higher level, or the entire team needs greater collaboration and coordination, clarity and enjoyment are key.

I work with individuals whether CEO, department head, or maintenance. For each my goal is the same, to work deeply with the team member so they can function at a much higher level, with greater job satisfaction, and improved relationships.  

I work with entire teams be they management or departments. For teams I do intake  with team members, listen carefully to the needs of the organization, and craft a training program that raises the baseline quality of performance, quality of outcome, and quality of life for everyone on the team. 

The work we do together is lasting and people's performance and job satisfaction will grow long after our work together is complete.
